Welcome to DKING PHOTOGRAPHI. By accessing our website and subscribing to our membership plans, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Membership Plans & Access
- Silver Membership: Includes 10 monthly downloads of individual photos for personal use. Full albums are not included and must be purchased separately at their posted cost.
- Gold Membership: Includes 20 monthly downloads of individual photos, priority access, and email support. Full albums are not included and must be purchased separately at their posted cost.
- Platinum Membership: Includes unlimited individual photo downloads and free access to download full albums at no additional cost. Includes a Commercial Use License.
3. Licensing & Usage Rights
Personal Use (Silver & Gold): Images downloaded under these plans are for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., home decor, personal social media, personal projects). Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
Commercial Use (Platinum): Platinum members are granted a non-exclusive license to use images for business purposes, including marketing, advertising, and merchandise. However, the raw digital files may not be resold as standalone stock photography.
4. Payments & Cancellations
All memberships are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
5. Intellectual Property
All images and content on this website are the intellectual property of DKING PHOTOGRAPHI. Unauthorized use of any content without a valid membership and license is a violation of copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
DKING PHOTOGRAPHI is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the images provided on this site.
